How Discovery Works: Document Scope in Action
PIIQ Discovery uses two powerful tools working together: Document Scope keywords and the Discovery Run dialog.
Before any AI processing begins, the reviewer configures the scope. PIIQ provides 15 pre-built keyword categories that can be toggled in or out of scope with a single click:

The reviewer can also add custom keywords, drag-and-drop a CSV of terms, and toggle filename checking — which excludes files based on their name alone, without even scanning content.
